Understand that there is some stress involved with creating a quality part in a short amount of time. It is imperative that you learn to use your time wisely, by fully designing a proper course of processing to create a part from raw stock to a fully finished presentable part.

Pros: Laid back Night supervisor. Plenty of smoke breaks. Eat at your station. Flexible with absences. Relatively low stress or pressure on nights. $0.50 night differential. Strong sense of team work on Nights.
Cons: Skilled/but outdated supervisor on Nights. Complete lack of communication plant wide. Empty promises from Management. Disorganized Management. Disorganization between days and nights. Zero programming, engineering, or maintenance help on nights. Ever changing part specifications to determine good or bad parts. Absolute minimal training. Drama filled due to one employee. Days against Nights atmosphere. Essentially set up for failure, Ex: given Timex material, required to make Rolex quality parts.
