Homegoods doesnt care about its employees.
Sales Associate in St. Paul:
Pros: I like getting too know the customers that's all. Everything else is horrible.
Cons: Managment only cares about opening TJX Cards they treat there employees like crap. I'm the only full time cashier and I cant request time off or use my vacation time with out being harrassed and made to feel disrespected. I hate it here.

Cons: There is no management support and offer no room for growth or advancement.

Pros: Learning about several things you can take home and use for a project
Cons: The raises are the worst. After a year, you only get about $.33 raise increase and if the whole company raises the minimum up you loose your raise
