Not a good place to work. Managment follows u through the store and yells at u. And makes u feel terrible.

It can get extremely busy, we do not have enough coverage to be able to assist guest as fast as we wished sometimes you end up covering in a department that is not your own becAuse of how low staffed the place is.

Pros: Competitive pay, group atmosphere, casual dress, discount on almost everything
Cons: Ideas are not heard, never enough workers, managers are disconnected, underpaid for the amount performed, managers play favorites.
