Sales Associate Reviews
What is it like working as a Sales Associate?
July 2019
Accepting and Humble.
Sales Associate in Calgary:
Pros: I love what our company believes in, and our efforts to provide a loving community for all in a retail setting. It's a fun atmosphere and everyone is quite wonderful to work with. Although a niche market, I can see it growing in recognition in the future. We are the face of accessible professional body jewellery for a large portion of western Canada and have done a lot to erase the stigma towards body modification.
Cons: Although it is a wonderful company, I find myself feeling as though my efforts go underappreciated. We are still quite small and I'm sure it will take some time to smooth out the kinks. I really believe in the outlook and practices of the company and I am more than willing to stick around to do my part for this place, but only if I am adequately compensated for such efforts.
