Do not work for walmart.
Sales Associate in West Helena:
Pros: Payday, but lately not so much
Cons: Management sucks, full-time employees dont receive full time hours, never enough employees on schedule to successfully run the store, not flexible around family life, no set schedule for workers, if your availability isn't open you will not get any hours, after 10 yrs of service my pay is not reflected. No opportunity for advancement

Cons: pay
February 2018
Flexibility and Perks.
Sales Associate in Seattle:
Pros: The flexibility of my job right now is great. I work around 15-20 hours per week which is perfect with school. I can create my own schedule for the most part so it never conflicts with classes. The perks are great too! I have a comfortable "uniform" I wear and our discount is nice, especially because the items we sell are expensive.
Cons: I don't have many bad things to say, but if I had to choose one, it would be the monotony. I've been with the company for a little over a year and a half and during the slow season during the weekdays, it can get a bit boring. I think I could, but I don't necessarily see myself moving up with the company so that might be part of the reason it gets repetitive.
