Pros: I like my team, how well we mesh and work together. The work we do is good and we mostly don't step on each other's toes
Cons: Possible downside to most of the company being remote, I don't really know what the company as a whole is up to. Upper management tries to do semi-regular meetings to keep us feeling connected but they often get pushed off the schedule
