Operations Manager:
Pros: What I like most about my job and current position is merchandising. Setting out the new floor plans and new product is great, making the store look great. Also teaching the client about new skincare and makeup techniques and selecting the best products for them. I also enjoy working with my co-workers as everyone gets along pretty well and is happy to be working there.
Cons: Sometimes I don't like the retail hours and working holidays.
