How we operate

Payscale is a remote-first company, offering innovative cloud-based compensation data, solutions and services. At Payscale, we believe that fair pay is an essential element of a successful business. We aim to make equal pay practices an integral part of everyday compensation management for our customers, allowing them to maximize their talent investments by making fair pay decisions grounded in data. Payscale engages in annual ESG and compliance reviews with external vendors to ensure we continue to develop and grow, as well as to stay consistent with industry best practices. In addition, Payscale has implemented an ESG auditing system, designed to:

  • Automate and simplify data collection for ESG standards and regulations.
  • Measure, track and report our carbon emissions.
  • Compare Payscale’s progress to peers through proprietary benchmarks.
  • Create dashboards to track performance and communicate strategy with stakeholders.
